Looking for a venue of a team-building activity? Well, if
you are tired of the usual resorts on the outskirts of Metro Manila, you can
try the Forest Club Camps in Calauan, Laguna. Below are the photos I took when we did an ocular visit.
Our company’s division enjoyed the place with its wide range
of challenging yet enjoyable outdoor activities. There is forest canopy walk,
obstacle course, spider web, mud crawl, and lots of choices to keep your group
busy for the whole morning.
For each team, they assign a game marshall to explain the
rules on each event, and to measure the time in finishing each event. A nurse
is also around to provide first aid treatment in case of any accident.
After the getting dirty from all those events, we took a dip
on their hot spring pool, perfect to calm our nerves and bruised bodies.
Should you decide to stay overnight, they also have
accommodation facilities.
For day use, their rates range from P 400/head only for the
use of facilities, to about P 1,000/head inclusive of lunch and snacks. You can
choose among the 2 camps within the vicinity for your group’s exclusive use. They also have grilling equipment, and their washrooms are clean and environment-friendly.
Our company is looking forward to go back there next year,
to vindicate our group's questionable loss, hehe.
